Legolas the Elf, Gimli the Dwarf, Gandalf the Grey, Aragorn (or Strider), Boromir of Gondor, Peregrin (Pippin) Took, Samwise (Sam) Gamgee, and Meriadoc (Merry) Brandybuck.

3. What happened to Bilbo on his eleventy-first birthday? Answer

He disappeared in a flash of light, compliments of the One Ring and Gandalf the Grey.

4. During their last conversation in the Shire, Bilbo alarmed Gandalf by referring to the Ring as what? Answer

My precious, Gollum's name for it.

5. Gandalf tells Frodo that it was no accident that Bilbo got the Ring from Gollum. What was the reason? Answer

Frodo was wearing the coat of mithril-mail given to Bilbo by Thorin Oakenshield.

To Sam she gave a box of earth from her orchard with her blessing on it. To Frodo she gave a phial of the light of Eärendil's star caught in the water of the fountain that filled the Mirror of Galadriel.

10. What happened to the Morgul-knife used to stab Frodo on Weathertop? Answer

Strider found it but as the sun rose the blade melted and vanished, leaving only the hilt.
